If your items are in stock, then your order is shipped from our warehouse within the next working day from receiving your order. Please see below for estimated transit times.

Certain items in our inventory are larger than standard-sized products and require special handling and shipping arrangements due to their dimensions and weight. Consequently, free shipping is not available for these items. In our commitment to transparency, the additional shipping fees for many of these oversized items are pre-determined and will be clearly visible when these items are added to your cart.

However, for some particularly large or bulky items that exceed regular shipping size limits, the precise shipping cost can be harder to estimate in advance. These orders are shipped with a special carrier, depending on the destination. If we notice that the actual shipping cost significantly exceeds the initially estimated cost shown at checkout, we may need to ask for an additional fee. In such cases, we will contact you directly, and you will have the option to accept the additional cost or cancel your order.

While additional fees may be an inconvenience, we continually strive to find the most cost-effective solution for shipping oversized items. Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your purchase is our primary goal.

When placing an order from outside the European Union (EU) on our webshop, there are important considerations regarding import duties, taxes, and shipping costs. Please note that we operate from Belgium, which is within the EU. Consequently, when browsing our webshop and indicating a non-EU country, the prices displayed will be exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

It is essential to understand that the potential delivery costs applied to your order cover transportation expenses only. Import duties, taxes, and any other customs fees are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These additional charges will be determined by the customs authorities in your country and must be settled separately.

To avoid any surprises or unexpected expenses, we strongly recommend taking into account the import duties and taxes applicable in your destination country when placing an order. By indicating your non-EU country during the browsing process, you will see prices that exclude VAT to provide transparency and clarity.

Please note: Since Brexit, this also applies to customers in the United Kingdom (UK). UK customers ordering from our webshop are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. Import duties and taxes are determined by the UK customs authorities and are separate charges from the purchase price and transportation costs.
